Consent forms are required for all services. The consent form link is embedded in the confirmation email or text message. The forms can also be completed in the office before services

A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment. The $25 deposit will be applied to the cost of your service or product(s).

Because our spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after the 24 hours will result in forfeiting your $25 deposit.

Our appointments are confirmed via text and email 7 days prior, 48 hours prior, and 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We have implemented as many ways as possible to let you know your appointment time because we want to help you in today's busy world.

The Spa and its facilities are for guests 16 years and older, however, guests younger than 16 may enjoy Spa Services. Underaged clients, 13-17yrs may receive facial and waxing (not including brazilian area) services with signed parent/guardian consent. Parent/Guardian MUST be present during service. Ages UNDER 13 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for facial services.

Client NO-SHOWS do hurt us, and your $25 deposit will be applied as a fee. No call/ no show will be unable to book future services!
